Windows Mail Demanded Passport Credentials
You can turn this off by going to Tools > Accounts > select msnews.microsoft.com > Properties > there is should be an option tab for Passport, select that and choose the Do not use communities feature > OK -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta

Signing in lets you rate posts among other things... not that I've ever needed to use that feature. It also seems to tie your newsgroups account to your Windows Live ID. "Kerp" wrote in message
